When you still want an EDA tool

If your design needs manual control of every trace — RF front ends, tight multilayer stackups, unusual parts — a traditional EDA tool is the right instrument, and Ohmni is not trying to replace it. Ohmni outputs standard gerbers and a BOM, so anything it designs can be inspected in any gerber viewer and manufactured anywhere. For the large class of boards that are well-understood engineering — sensor nodes, switches, power modules — describing the product and getting a checked design back is simply faster.
